Jane Cullen Ryan has been described variously as a force of nature and a font of optimism. Growing up as the youngest of five in Sydney’s Inner West, she wasted no time in putting the wheels on both her ambition and her career.

Jane purchased her first residential property at age 23 in Sydney’s Newtown. She flipped that and two others in relatively quick succession, demonstrating a keen eye for the Sydney real estate market.

Her property market forays also sparked in Jane a passion for renovating, calculated risk-taking and backing herself, often against the conservative advice of her elders.

She moved to the NSW South Coast for 3 years before changing it up a rural notch and heading to Dubbo and then Quirindi, where she and her partner ran the local pub for five years in her Thirties.

Since leaving Quirindi, Jane has lived in Scone for 15 years. Working in banking and finance during this time, she has dedicated the past 13 years to building her reputation and capability as a financial planner.

For more than half of this time in Scone, Jane has also been a mother to two gorgeous girls, Ruby and Lucy. In 2018 Jane formed her own Financial Planning practice, Fox Wealth Advisory.

All The Foxy Ladies is Jane’s brainchild. Recognising the diversity of women in the Scone and the Hunter Valley, she saw an opportunity to bring local women together to share ideas, experience and possibly even the odd story or learning.

“In my work around the region, in my exchanges at local events and in conversations with other mums, I’ve felt this fabulous energy and passion for doing things well and sharing the benefits. There is so much to be gained, I think, by knowing each other.

“I feel that if we can create the space for women who are like-minded, future-focused and who want the best outcomes for their families, their careers and their community to get together… how great could that be?”

And here we are, Foxy Ladies, making it happen. If you are a business owner, a local worker, a stay-at-home-mum, a woman who enjoys hearing from and getting together with other women to share ideas, All The Foxy Ladies is for you.

Over a series of events, you will hear from an array of women from near and far. They will share success stories, their challenges, the things that have hindered them, and those that have made them stronger. And we hope you will share these aspects of your own life.
